DOMINIQUE OTTEN-PAPPAS, 3G, FAMOS IMMOBILIEN, GERMANY 

Dominique Otten- Pappas is the second oldest of 14 members of the third generation of her entrepreneurial family. After studying psychology in England and Switzerland, she completed an MBA in the Netherlands. She received her doctorate from WIFU on the subject of "Women in Family Businesses - Daughters in Succession". Dominique has been family manager of the Otten family since 2010 and has been on the advisory board of the Family Office since the beginning of 2015. Furthermore, she was elected to the board of the Family Business Network in 2015. Since her doctorate she has led numerous workshops and seminars on the topic of family businesses.
